USPS Priority Mail: Packages are delivered in a average of 1-3 days to most Continental US destinations from shipping date.
USPS First-Class Mail: Packages weighing up to 3.5 oz are delivered in an average of 2-4 business days.
USPS International Flat Rate: Packages are delivered to your respective countries customs within 6-10 business days. Tracking is only provided within the United States and delivery times is influenced by local governments importing processes which we cannot influence.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer exchanges only. In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your purchase from On The Lo Swimwear or want to order a different size, you can simply exchange the items to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch, in its original, brand new and sealable condition, with all labels and tags attached for an exchange. If exchange is possible, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
